Returns and Refunds:

We offer returns and refunds only in cases where the garment is received in its original condition, without any signs of misuse, and within 14 days of product received. To return items they must be in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in original condition. We ask that you take care when trying on your garments as any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains/smells will not be accepted. This also includes garments that have had their tags removed or altered in any way. For health and hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns on swimwear in addition fashion jewellery and pierced earrings.

2. ** Sale items may be returned or exchanged. However, refunds for sale items will only be issued as online credit. Sale items are offered at a discounted price, and as such, claims such as "not satisfactory quality," "not fit for purpose," or "not as described" will not be accepted for refunds to the original payment method.

If you are not satisfied with a sale item, you may choose to receive a gift card or credit note, which can be redeemed for another item of your choice. We strongly encourage you to review our full Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

3. We offer free standard delivery, which typically takes 3-5 working days for delivery, on orders above £150, based on the total purchase amount. Please note that if you choose to return items for a refund, a restocking fee of £4.99 will be applied.

Made-to-Order Return Policy:
Crafted Just for You At our boutique, every item is made-to-order, reflecting our commitment to crafting pieces that are as unique as our customers. While all items are made-to-order, it’s important to note that not all items are made-to-measure. Below is our return policy, taking into consideration the bespoke nature of our offerings.

Returns for Store Credit - General Made-to-Order Items. For our general made-to-order items that are not customized to specific measurements:

1. Store Credit Returns: We accept returns in exchange for store credit. This allows you the flexibility to choose another item that may better suit your taste or needs from our unique collection.
2. Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached. We thoroughly inspect all returns to ensure they meet these standards.

Garment Craftsmanship and Nature

1- Our garments are designed for special occasions, including party wear and other formal events. Each piece is carefully crafted with intricate embellishments, such as rhinestones, beads, feathers, and glittery accessories. While we strive to ensure durability, the delicate nature of these materials means that minor issues, such as the occasional dislodging of embellishments during wear, may occur. This is a natural characteristic of such finely detailed craftsmanship and should not be considered a defect or indication of poor quality.

2- Claims of "unsatisfactory quality" after use are carefully assessed through a thorough product analysis. If an issue is identified, we are committed to resolving it through our complimentary repair service where applicable, as part of our dedication to customer care excellence. Please note that refunds for garments showing normal 'Wear and Tear' are not provided.

Garment  Maintenance 

1. We provide guidance on aftercare, including instructions on how to properly handle, store, and clean the garments.

2. We supply spare bags of garment accessories (e.g., rhinestones, buttons, beads) for replacement purposes.

Customer Responsibilities:

1. You are responsible for following the provided aftercare instructions for the garments.

2. Any damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow the aftercare instructions will be the customer's responsibility.

3. Charges may apply for repairs, replacements, or cleaning services due to damage caused by the customer's misuse or negligence.

4. Damaged garments resulting from customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to deduct the necessary repair or replacement costs from the refund amount.

Liability:

1. We take great care to ensure the quality and condition of our garments. However, we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, discomfort, or damages that may occur while wearing our garments.

2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.

 Handling Fees for Unpaid Customs Fees

Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being returned to us. In such cases, handling fees will be applied as follows:

These fees are in addition to any return shipping fees charged by the courier company and are non-refundable.
